To help people with dyslexia, the first thing that is needed to be done is to regain confidence! Believe that you can do it, don't be afraid of any difficulties, be willing to change and learn from your mistakes can slowly correct it. Brainwave training holds the same concept: the teacher leads the children who have setback on their learning to build confidence, interpret brainwave results, and aids in helping them understand themselves. Attempt to control your brainwaves, slowly adapt and apply it. Once it becomes a habit, your behavior will improve, you'll feel fulfilled, and you will finally regain confidence!

What is Meditation?

Meditation can be regarded almost as a meditative state. When people engage with familiar things, meditation indices will increase; when you close your eyes and relax, meditation levels will significantly increas . This is because α-wave is relatively easy to show when the eyes are closed. A person who shows α-wave activity in their brain can undertake any challenges and as well as structure learning and thinking. Many top athletes, scientists and entrepreneurs have a strong α wave, the reason being that they have mastered the two essentials: Attention and Meditation.

What is Attention?

Attention levels refer to the concentration levels of the consciousness. It is closely related to β waves. When β wave dominates, one’s active attention will rise. By learning through the Nero-feedback method, an appropriate amount of practice with B-waves will help cognitive behaviors to develop.
