The Cornerstone of Self-Confidence - Attention and Meditation
To help people with dyslexia, the first thing that is needed to be done is to regain confidence! Believe that you can do it, not afraid of any difficulties, willing to change and learn from the mistakes then slowly correct it. Brainwave training is the same, teacher leads the children who have setback on their learning to build confidence, observe the brainwave, knowing and understanding theirselves. Try to control the brainwave, slowly adapt and learn to control it. When it became a habit, your behavior will improve and feel fulfilled, then finally regain confidence!
All these training are started from Attention and Meditation.
What is Meditation？
Meditation can be regarded as almost meditative state，When people engages familiar things, meditation indices will increase; when closing the eyes and relax,meditation level will significantly increase, this is because α wave is relatively easy to show when the eyes are closed. A person who shows α wave in their brain, can take any challenges and structure learning and thinking. Many top athletes, scientists and entrepreneurs have a strong α wave, the reason is that they have mastered the two essentials: Attention and Meditation.

What is Attention？
Attention level refers to the concentration level of consciousness. It is closely related to β waves.When β wave dominates, one’s active attention will rise and through learning by Nero-feedback method, train the B waves percentage with appropriate amount of practice will help cognitive behaviors to develop.
